Foote Homes Utah

Foote Homes, Inc. ("Foote Homes") was founded in 2003 by Sean Foote and is a division of
Rawkks, LLC. Although Foote Homes has only been established for 3 years, the management team
has over 11 years experience in all facets of construction and has been impeccable in providing
beautiful homes.

Since its founding the Company has built over 109 residential homes and has been known for its ability
to deliver a top quality product, within budget and on time.

Beginning in 2006 Bart Brockbank joined Foote Homes as Sean's partner. Foote Homes expects to
build approximately 200 homes in 2006 & 2007.

Foote Homes was the general contractor for the 2006 Utah Home Make-Over. In this capacity, Foote
Homes coordinated resources, materials, and subcontractors for a total donation of $230,000 for the
Smeltzer family in Sandy, Utah. A one hour family special of this home make-over aired on KJZZ 14 at
7:00 PM on Thanksgiving evening 2006.
